2% Grant Application

Grant applications are accepted twice each calendar year – March 31 and September 30.

Online applications for the next funding cycle will be available August 1, 2018. The due date for that funding cycle is September 30, 2018.


Financial and Progress Report Forms located below are for those applications awarded prior to the May 2018 funding cycle. If you were awarded in May 2018 these forms (now combined into one form) are now located in the new online system using the login information you created to submit the application. Click here to access the online system. 


Financial Report

Financial Reports are due semi-annually (January 30 and July 30)

These reports are required and must be submitted each quarter throughout the life of the grant.

Progress Report

Progress Reports are semi-annually (January 30 and July 30)
These reports are required and must be submitted semi-annually throughout the life of the grant. This form is also used for the final report when your grant is complete. Although this report has always been required, this form is new and now provides for easy completion of the required reports.
