To provide evaluation of proposals for economic development and investment of tribal assests by review, participation in negotiations and structuring of business partnerships, purchases and oppurtunities.  Review, revise, and develop legislation for the tribe in conjunction with the priorities set by tribal membership and employees of Hannahville Indian Community.  Review, revise, negotiate, draft, and recommend for signature, the various contracts, policies, procedures, and protocols of the tribe.
