This full time position will serve as primary contact for plan vendors and third party administrators for the entire organization by determining the best plan options by working with the Third Party administrators, Chief Financial Officer, Casino General Manager, Human Resource Directors and legal counsel.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and five years’ experience in Benefits Administration OR a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and three years’ experience in Benefits Administration OR any commensurate combination of education and experience. Professional in Human Resource Management (PHR) and CEBS professional designations preferred. 3-5 years direct benefit administration experience; customer service experience in a busy office setting; and experience in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, and other applicable database programs.
Wage: Negotiable dependent upon qualifications.
