Department/Program: Health and Human ServicesDescription:
This full time position will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation to clients and/or patients of the Hannahville Health & Human Services Department ensuring their attendance at appointments. In addition to transporting, the worker will provide program department outreach and organizational tasks as necessary.Qualifications:
High school graduate or equivalent; must possess valid MI. driver’s license in compliance with insurance carrier requirements; driver cannot smoke or vape while transporting clients or operating tribal vehicles; driver cannot text, in any way, while transporting clients or operating tribal vehicles; must be able to pass a background check to the level of the child care standard/vulnerable adult/Head Start/School; must maintain client confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential; must have the ability to utilize direction information for navigating to various locations; working knowledge of general office and clerical practices; good organizational, verbal and written skills; strong computer skills, including word processing and electronic file management; ability to work with, and respect, cultural and racial differences; must be courteous and punctual; must be able to work without direct supervision; must be able to maintain confidential records in accordance with HIPAA Privacy Regulations.
Wage: N2 or dependent upon qualifications.
