One regular, full time position to provide administrative and technical assistance to the Tribal Magistrate for day to day tribal court operations. Performs general administrative duties such as filing, preparation and maintenance of files and records and other clerical support to Tribal Court staff; records court proceedings when Tribal Court is in session; and enters all essential court data into the computer.Qualifications:
High School graduate or equivalent; post-secondary education desired, must be 21 years of age or older. Receptionist or customer service experience preferred. Must possess excellent clerical skills and computer proficiency; must be able to carry out assigned projects to their completion, maintain confidentiality, communicate effectively verbally and in writing, establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and the general public, and attend training for court clerk certification; must be able to be bonded in the amount of $5,000 as an authorized collector of fines and other costs. Must be able to pass a CHILD CARE STANDARD background check and post offer drug test.
Wage: N2 $8.23 - $13.21 OR DEPENDENT UPON QUALIFICATIONS.
